We talked to the planning guy, and our permit will be issued by the end of the day!
We met with the excavator guy earlier this week, and we have things all planned out for the foundation, driveway repairs, and the easement between our property and next door. I'll share that story in a moment.
Next step is going to be to pick up our plans, permits, and other paperwork, and pay for all of that stuff. Once the stuff is sorted out for next door, then we will take care of all the work at once to save us all a little bit of money.
Arched Cabins is putting the kit together now, and they will communicate with me once they are ready to schedule a delivery date.
