We are trying to save cash wherever we can! A friend of mine found a copycat Noosa Yogurt recipe after I got tired of trying and failing to make yogurt that I actually like. My curd overflowed a bit, so I'm not sure what I needed to do differently there, and I would definitely do the full amount of gelatin as mine was a bit runny.
